Whether you are a Small to Medium Enterprise or a Major Business customer we are able to provide you with a supply contract that will suit your business requirements. We are also happy to quote and provide contracts to multi-site and group customers with additional options of group or single site billing available.
Fixed Supply Contracts (Fully Inclusive)
These contracts are agreed for a fixed period of time, normally 12, 24 or 36 months. The offer will be based on the energy market at the time of signing the contract and will be fixed at this rate for the entire contract duration. The rates include all elements with the exception of Climate Change Levy (CCL) and VAT.
Fixed Price Contracts (Energy Only)
These contracts have a fixed energy component, again based on the energy market at the time of signing, however the charges for the transmission over the National Grid and distribution networks is charged as it falls. The accounts show all the elements that make up the total bill.
Market Related
We are able to offer a number of options which transparently demonstrate how the energy component of an existing contract can be recalculated for an extended period and reflect the movement in the energy market.
Flexible Supply Contracts (Large Customer Flexible Contracts)
We already supply a significant proportion of our larger customers via our flexible purchasing contract options. Once we have calculated the load shape we are able to separate the periods of flat usage (baseload) from the rest of the load pattern. We then declare and fix the costs of the non-flat usage period and allow you to purchase the baseload periods at times of your choosing. Clearly the details of this arrangement will need an in-depth discussion and to this end we can arrange for one of our National Account Managers to speak to you.
The option exists to extend this arrangement to cover large non-half hourly groups as well as half hourly groups.
