Deemed contract rates for business electricity and gas
As part of our license agreement and under our Standard Terms & Conditions of Supply, we are obliged to give notice of our Deemed Contract rates. The deemed rates will apply where a customer remains supplied by SSE but has not agreed a new contract.
How do I know if deemed rates will be applied to my account?
You will have received a letter from us informing you of the impact of not agreeing a new contract with SSE and the timescales in which you have to take any appropriate action. As well as any action that you must take you should also refer to the Terms and Conditions of Supply issued with your current contract.
